It is between Toulouse and Carcassonne that you will find Cuq-en-Terrasses. This charming B&B has been welcoming us for many years already! And clearly, it’s always a pleasure to rediscover the small village of Cuq Toulza. And in this article, I focus mainly on the restaurant, because this part of Cuq-en-Terrasses alone is worth the trip.
At the helm of the kitchen, Andonis, one of the two owners of Cuq-en-Terrasses. But at the restaurant, it’s Philippe who officiates. Both are accompanied by top teams to care for not only the B&B’s customers, but also the many gourmets who sometimes come from far away to enjoy tasty dishes and the magnificent terrace, with the absolutely sublime sunset over the fields.

The princess loved
The princess loves evenings at the Cuq-en-Terrasses restaurant. There are several reasons for this. She enjoys the outdoors and the sunset, but also the B&B’s dogs. Well, I admit, I too love having them with us. And Andonis’ vegan cuisine always delights her.
Her parents liked
Since our first visit a long time ago, long before we had the princess, we love this place. We find it a bit magical. And the restaurant in Cuq-en-Terrasses is clearly part of a unique experience. The sun setting, orange and yellow, on the horizon. Andonis’ cuisine is rich, gourmet, tasty with such generous vegan dishes! And then, the songs at the end your amazing dinner, with a warm family atmosphere. It is a unique place.
